Organized a book release function, jointly with Gujarati Bhasha Vikas Sangathan on 4/7/2010 at Rashtriya Shala, Vile Parle (West). An anthology of Smt. Pushpa Mehta, ‘Man Puche Mane’ was realeased by Shri Suren Thakar, the renowned poet. Shri Harit Chitalia, President of Kala Gurjari and Trustee of SVKM, Shri Kishor Mehta, President of Gujarati Bhasha Vikas Sangathan and Prof. Dr. Yashwant Trivedi passed their critical comments on the poems, Prof. Ashwin Mehta, Head, Department of Gujarati compered the function which was followed by poetic symposium. Ms. Neha I. Tank of TYBA (A-56) and Divji P. Naik of FYBA (A/119) participated Intercollegiate Singing & Poetry Reciting Competition in Gujarati organized by Shri M.D. Shah Mahila College, Malad on 21/7/2010. A team of our students have won the Surajba Rotating Trophy.
